Vintage Wooden Nepalese Milk Jug No. Two
A hand-turned vintage Nepalese or Tibetan milk jug, primarily used as a storage container for yak milk. Turned from a single block of wood, the vessel is defined by its balanced proportions and unique aged patina, formed through milk fats, smoke, and daily use. Free of decorative ornamentation, it relies entirely on proportion to achieve its aesthetic presence. Originally used as household or nomadic utensils, these folk-art pieces now make expressive and soulful decorative objects.
