An elegant vintage metal urn vase, in a style typical of Arts & Crafts / early 20th-century metalwork. Featuring a tall, fluted body with vertical panelled sides and a wide outward-flaring rim, the vase sits on a stepped hexagonal plinth base, accented with a slim rope-twist decoration where the vase meets the stand. Constructed from metal—possibly brass or bronze—the vase has a mottled dark brown surface with subtle oxidation. Faint hammering along the vertical seams suggests it was hand-finished rather than factory pressed, while the base is likely cast. This mixed construction is characteristic of the Arts & Crafts movement or small European foundries.

The vase has a small leak along the rope-twist edge, making it ideal for dried flowers or as a decorative object rather than for holding water.

Size: 24 cm (h) × 12 cm (base diameter) × 12 cm (opening diameter).

Material: Metal, appears to be brass or bronze.

Origin: Europe.

Period/Age: Early 1900s (c. 1900–1930).

Condition: Please note this vase is not suitable for use with water. A small hole exists where the base meets the stand, beneath the rope-twist decoration. While not visible, a small amount of water may escape if filled. Ideal for dried flowers or as a decorative object.
