Vintage Amazigh Tight Lozenge-Grid Beni Ouarain Rug

A small-scale lozenge grid in soft, undyed brown wool spreads across an ivory wool backdrop on this handwoven Moroccan Amazigh (Berber) carpet. The lustrous pile has a gentle sheen that gives the pattern a slightly diffuse quality, while the subtly uneven, asymmetrical lozenge grid lends the piece a relaxed and playful character.

Finished with tassels on both ends, this well-proportioned rug would work beautifully in a bedroom. Its soft, lanolin-rich wool and calm, understated palette create a warm and inviting presence underfoot.
